In compliance with the provisions of the Ley Federal de Protección de Datos Personales en Posesión de Particulares (hereinafter, “THE LAW”) LECHUGA ABOGADOS, S.C. (hereinafter, “THE LAW FIRM”), informs you of the following:

“THE LAW FIRM”, is a legal firm, dedicated to litigation and counseling in matters such as Civil, Commercial, Family, Administrative, Amparo, among others, with offices in Aristoteles 77, 4th Floor, Polanco Chapultepec, Zip Code 11560, Miguel Hidalgo, Mexico City.

The data obtained by “THE LAW FIRM” (such as name, address, telephone number, financial and property data, among others that you or third parties provide us for the attention of the cases entrusted to us, including sensitive data, if any), are treated by “THE LAW FIRM” and are used for everything that “THE LAW FIRM” considers related and/or convenient with the rendering of the services it offers, therefore, they may be submitted to judicial, administrative and legislative authorities of the three levels of government, that is, Municipal/Delegational, as well as Local and Federal.

You, as Data Owner, have the right to limit the use of your personal data under the terms of “THE LAW”, as well as to exercise the rights of access, rectification, cancellation or opposition provided in “THE LAW” and revoke the consents previously granted, by requesting it in writing, complying with the requirements of “THE LAW”, submitted to the address indicated above, from Monday to Friday from 09:00 to 15:00 hrs. In the event that access to your data is requested, “THE LAW” will grant such access, by making available to you at the address indicated herein, the list of data it has, or failing that, at the choice of “THE LAW”, such list will be made known to you by any electronic means deemed appropriate, including, among others, by fax, traditional or electronic mail, and/or telephone call.

In addition, the letter through which the indicated rights are exercised, must contain, at least, a handwritten signature of the Data Owner and a copy of his/her/their official identification, as well as the original of the same, which will be checked by the person who receives it and returned to the Data Owner, with a telephone number where he/she/they can be contacted, e-mail, full name of the Data Owner and the specification of which right is being exercised, the facts on which such exercise is made to stand and what specifically is being requested; in case the request is submitted by a legal representative, in addition to the above requirements (except for the signature), he/she/they must prove his/her/their representation by means of a notarized document attached to the request or, failing that, a power of attorney signed before two witnesses, which shall also be attached to the request. Responses to your request will be sent by e-mail (the means by which any additional information will be requested) within 20 business days of submitting your request (this period may be extended once, for an equal period, after notifying the owner justifying the reason for the extension); or, in the event that no e-mail response has been provided within 20 working days of the filing of the request (such period may be extended once, for an equal period, upon prior notification to the holder justifying the reason for the extension), by means of a written response that will be made available to the person who has submitted the request (after verifying his identity with the same requirements indicated in the previous paragraph), as from the twentieth business day following the day on which the request was submitted (or the corresponding day in accordance with the eventual extension), and will be available for 5 business days. On the other hand, it should be noted that in the case of the right of access, this will be granted by means of a simple document provided through any of the means indicated, which will specify thepersonal data available and what these are.

It is important to indicate that “ THE LAW FIRM” may not transfer to third parties or forward your personal data, without your prior consent. However, if you do not oppose to the present, you consent that “THE LAW FIRM” may transfer or forward such data, when it deems appropriate for the provision of services to which the “THE LAW FIRM” is dedicated, therefore, your personal data may be transferred, forwarded and processed, within and outside the Mexican Republic, to and by persons and/or companies related to the services provided by “THE LAW FIRM”, trying to maintain, at all times, the confidential and reserved use of these. In that sense, if you do not express your opposition or limit the indicated treatment, it will be understood that it is an unequivocal sign of your acceptance and therefore expressly consents to the same.

Notwithstanding the foregoing, any modification to this notice will be disseminated through the publication that is carried out for that purpose on the website www.lechugaabogados.com, or, otherwise, by making it available at the address indicated herein, in which case, you will have a period of 3 business days, counted from the respective modification, to express your opposition to the treatment under the terms of the new notice, which must be submitted at the aforementioned address and within the aforementioned business hours.

This Privacy Notice will be available on the website www.lechugaabogados.com, or at the offices of “THE LAW FIRM”, located at the address indicated above.
