He has 13 years of professional experience especially focused on advising and defending Financial Institutions, including Credit Institutions, Insurance Institutions, Multiple Purpose Financial Companies, Popular Financial Companies, among others.

His experience is mainly focused on the contentious defense of clients, especially in the sectors of payment systems, digital payments, financial technologies and information technologies. This has allowed Fernando to also serve as an advisor in regulatory matters, mainly in the administrative, financial and digital payments market sector in Mexico, being consulted by various financial institutions for the implementation of policies related to credit and digital banking financial products.
