Jesús Francisco De la Luz Cabrera

Jesús has 12 years of professional experience in the legal field, as a court meritorious and postulant attorney throughout the years.

Jesús' experience is focused on mortgage special trials, ordinary trials, executive trials, oral trial proceedings in civil, commercial matters and amparo trials. He is also in charge of hearings in CONDUSEF. His practice is currently focused on Federal trials in Mexico City, verifying the procedure of the matters in his charge, having a due control of the filing of appeals and obtaining a better resolution for our clients. Jesús' practice includes taking care and following up on the matters even when they reach the Supreme Court of Justice.
