Marco Antonio Roque Pérez

Marco has 20 years of experience in the practice of law, he is assigned to the Mortgage Recovery Area, obtaining positive results due to his capacity, knowledge and experience in this field.

Marco is in charge of all activities in the Courts of the State of Mexico, as well as local courts in different states of the Mexican Republic, following up on civil and commercial trials. Likewise, he is in charge of the area of letters rogatory, supervising, verifying and executing each one of them and successfully carrying out all types of personal notifications, summons, seizures, releases and proceedings of any kind.

Additionally, he is in charge of the management services at the Instituto de la Función Registral del Estado de México, as well as the various Registros Públicos de la Propiedad y del Comercio of different states of the Republic, including registrations, annotations, corrections, clarifications and cancellations of various legal acts.

His deep knowledge of the legal framework and his experience in the diligence of letters rogatory, allow him to expedite processes and obtain favorable results for our clients.
