He has twenty-six years of professional experience in civil, commercial, constitutional and Amparo litigation, mainly advising financial institutions and intermediaries of the Mexican Banking System, both in the recovery of individual and commercial portfolios, as well as in the defense of contingencies derived from the filing of lawsuits against them, in all banking matters in which his opinion and advice is requested. He also advises private clients in those branches of law.

He is fluent in Spanish, English, Italian and French, with a high degree of understanding and communication.
