Rosa María Flores Morales

Rosa María is an attorney specialized in criminal matters, with more than fourteen years of professional practice, her experience is complemented with a solid academic preparation. She has a Law Degree from the Universidad Nacional Autónoma de México, a Master's Degree in Criminal Legal Sciences and is a Specialist in the Accusatory and Adversarial Criminal Procedure System from the Instituto de Ciencias Penales, as well as a Specialist in the Integral System of Criminal Justice for Adolescents from the Benemérita Universidad de Oaxaca.
