Sebastián López Rodríguez

Sebastián is a litigation lawyer, advisor and legal consultant in the area of private law specializing in civil, commercial, amparo, banking, stock exchange and bankruptcy matters with 11 years of experience focused on the analysis, execution and development of legal strategies, actions in pre-judicial and judicial stages.

In litigation he has represented a wide range of clients in diverse matters ranging from judicial recovery of assets, precautionary measures in civil and commercial matters, controversies between shareholders, credit and financial operations. He has also dedicated a large part of his practice to the specific issues of commercial bankruptcy, corporate law, leasing disputes, real estate construction litigation and judicial intervention in arbitration matters.

Sebastián is characterized by his dynamism and commitment to the matters assigned to him. He has a Master's Degree in Human Rights and Constitutional Procedural Law from the Universidad Panamericana, with a specialization in Commercial Law from the Escuela Libre de Derecho. As part of his academic development, he has taken several diploma courses mainly in the areas of Bankruptcy Law, Business Law and Amparo.
