- We act before the Unidad de Protección de Datos Personales Secretaría Anticorrupción y Buen Gobierno (Personal Data Protection Unit Secretariat for Anti-Corruption and Good Governance), in those cases in which a liability arises from the use of personal data, from preventive consulting, to the active representation of its clients in the administrative proceedings that are initiated. We have consistently achieved the protection of our clients' interests against sanctions imposed by the regulator in Mexico.

Our History
Foundation
Lechuga Abogados was founded in October 1992, with the objective of being a law firm committed to professional excellence. Since our inception, we have maintained a firm commitment and dedication to our clients.
Specialization expansion
In January 1994, the firm expanded its practice areas, incorporating new specialties such as commercial, criminal and family law, thus consolidating our capacity to offer comprehensive and specialized advice.
Digital payments
In 2020 the firm incorporated the specialization in digital payments. With the development of our lawyers, the firm positioned itself at the forefront in legal advice and litigation related to electronic transactions and payment technologies.
Technology and Innovation Area
